Features:
- Dynamic Absorbance Detector (DAD) Fast Wavelength Scanning
WaveQuest – the ultra fast scanning DAD is a major advance in UV-visible detector design, offering time saving over a normal Photodiode Array Detector (PDA) detector with greatly improved performance as a variable wavelength detector (VWD), saving time by enables peaks to be scanned and quantified simultaneously.
- Quaternary and Other Gradients
The Q-Adept systems can be switched to isocratic use or made to blend solvents for isocratic chromatography. Dynamic missing of solvents is used to ensure the highest level of performance in gradient formation.
- PowerStream - System Manager
Systems are controlled centrally by PowerStream software. It facilitates organisation of chromatography results and methods and provides digital control for wide range of peripherals.
System Configuration:
Flexibility of the design allows any system to be changed to a new configuration with minimum effort. Wide range of detectors and oven are available.
Isocratic Systems – ADEPT HPLC SYSTEM High pressure gradient mixing
Adept System 1 is a simple system ideal for routine isocratic separations and quality assurance applications. The system can be upgraded to provide data processing for routine analysis of large numbers of samples with minimum operator attention.
Binary Gradient Systems – ADEPT HPLC SYSTEM High pressure gradient mixing
The two Adept CE 4100 dual piston pumps together with high performance of the dual wavelength detector CE 4200 with exceptionally low drift provides a very stable system for extended measurements. The system offers the highest performance for binary gradient elution.
Binary Systems – Q-ADEPT HPLC SYSTEM Low pressure gradient mixing
The low pressure binary gradient forming system uses the CE 4100-2 dual piston pump which has the facility for mixing two solvents for binary gradients that can be use in the isocratic mode.
