HVAS Digital Integrated Weather Station is a revolutionary innovation developed by MS Instruments,
combining High Volume Air Sampler (HVAS) technology and a Digital Weather Station
into a single integrated environmental monitoring platform.
As the world’s first pioneer of this concept, the system is designed to provide simultaneous,
real-time, accurate, and efficient air quality and meteorological data within one comprehensive device.
The instrument is capable of collecting large-volume airborne particulate samples for Total Suspended
Particulates (TSP) <100 μm, PM10 (≤10 μm), and PM2.5 (≤2.5 μm) using specially designed PM10 and PM2.5
size-selective inlets. At the same time, it continuously records essential meteorological
parameters, including wind speed, wind direction, ambient temperature, relative humidity, and atmospheric
pressure.
Equipped with high-precision flow control technology, a powerful vacuum system, and advanced digital
meteorological sensors, the HVAS Digital Integrated Weather Station delivers comprehensive environmental
data to support air quality analysis, pollutant dispersion studies, environmental
impact assessments, and data-driven decision-making processes.
System utilizes the widely recognized gravimetric method for particulate matter monitoring,
where ambient air is drawn through filter media using a high-capacity vacuum system.
Suspended particles are collected on the filter and subsequently analyzed in a laboratory.
This proven methodology enables representative particulate concentration measurements
while meeting the requirements of professional environmental monitoring applications.
